Prabhav Industries to consider conversion of warrants on Mar 27, 2010

Prabhav Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2010, for issue of Equity Shares on conversion of Convertible Warrants to the applicant from whom the full consideration is received.

The stock was trading at Rs.60, down by Rs.1.80 or 2.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.62.90 and low of Rs.59.15.

The total traded quantity was 4500 compared to 2 week average of 21860.
