Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 71126 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on March 19, 2010, has allotted 71,126 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 (3rd Tranche) 800 equity shares were allotted, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) : 21,488 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) : 13,608 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/03 (2nd Tranche) : 1,480 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) : 33,750 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.746.15, down by Rs.9.85 or 1.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.761 and low of Rs.743.10.

The total traded quantity was 135487 compared to 2 week average of 105198.
