Odyssey Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2010, has converted the 1,18,92,000 Warrants in 1,18,92,000 Equity Shares & allotted 1,18,92,000 Equity Shares out of the Preferential Issue of 1,47,00,000 warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.82, up by Rs.0.75 or 0.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.95 and low of Rs.81.
