Choksi Laboratories to issue 1235663 warrants

Choksi Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2010, has been decided to issue 12,35,663 convertible equity warrants on preferential basis subject approval of members and for that purpose a Extra Ordinary Meeting (EGM) be called on April 10, 2010.
