Winsome Textile to consider allotment of 14400000 shares on Mar 24, 2010

Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 24, 2010, inter-alia, to consider and approve the allotment of 1,44,00,000 equity shares of Rs 1/- each at the premium of Rs 1.40/- each to promoter group and non-promoter group, pursuant to the conversion of 14,40,000 convertible warrants, as approved by the shareholders in their Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.3.98, up by Rs.0.05 or 1.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.98 and low of Rs.3.71.
