Sudal Industries approves allotment of 4 lakh shares

Sudal Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2010, has considered & approved the allotment of 4,00,000 of Equity Shares against the optionally fully convertible warrants to the promoters group of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.47.05, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.75 and low of Rs.46.05.

The total traded quantity was 1543 compared to 2 week average of 10840.
