Ushdev International to consider allotment of 18 lakh shares on Mar 13, 2010

Ushdev International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2010, inter alia, to consider the proposal to avail credit facilities as may be decided by the Board.

The Board will also consider allotment of 18,00,000 Equity shares on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.232, up by Rs.3.60 or 1.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.232 and low of Rs.221.55.

The total traded quantity was 356 compared to 2 week average of 1792.
