SE Investments closes GDR Issue

S.E. Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2010, inter alia, has successfully closed its GDR issue.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 2,450,000 Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) representing 4,900,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each) at a price of US $ 15.86 per GDR.

The stock was trading at Rs.423.10, up by Rs.11.90 or 2.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.432 and low of Rs.401.05.

The total traded quantity was 8491 compared to 2 week average of 54750.
