DQ Entertainment IPO subscribed 34.27 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of DQ Entertainment International Limited has received subscription of 34.27 times till 2:00 PM on March 10, 2010.

The IPO has received total bids for 452893280 equity shares against the offer of 13217151 equity shares. The IPO has received bids for 27021120 equity shares at cut-off price.

The company has come out with IPO of 1,60,48,011 shares (*including anchor portion of 2,830,860 shares) of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.75 to Rs. 80 through 100% book-building process.

The IPO opened for subscription on March 8, 2010 and closes for subscription today (Wednesday - March 10, 2010).
