Hella India Lighting Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2010, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 0.0000001% Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares, revision in salary of its Managing Director etc.
