IL&FS Investment Managers allots 783250 shares

IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has announced that the Shareholders'/Investors' Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 08, 2010, approved the allotment of 783250 shares.

The committee allotted shares under ESOP Scheme - ESOP 2006. 20,000 shares of Rs. 2/- were allotted at a price of Rs. 19.20, 62,000 shares of Rs. 2/- were allotted at a price of Rs. 14.14, 3,26,250 shares of Rs. 2/- at a price of Rs. 13.60 and 3,75,000 shares of Rs. 2/- at a price of Rs. 14.85.

The stock was trading at Rs.42.40, up by Rs.0.80 or 1.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43.25 and low of Rs.42.20.

The total traded quantity was 144607 compared to 2 week average of 47114.
