GTL allots 215530 Shares under ESOP

GTL Ltd has announced that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 05, 2010 considered and approved allotment of 215,530 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at premium in terms of the ESOP Schemes, upon exercise of option for conversion of Warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.407, down by Rs.0.65 or 0.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.408.90 and low of Rs.407.

The total traded quantity was 19569 compared to 2 week average of 73824.
