Odyssey Corporation allots 1.47 crore warrants

Odyssey Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2010, has allotted 1,47,00,000 warrants on preferential basis consequent on receiving of in-principle approval for the issue and allotment of such Warrants by stock exchange.

The stock closed the day at Rs.65.20, up by Rs.2.85 or 4.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.20 and low of Rs.62.

The total traded quantity was 1735 compared to 2 week average of 32825.
