Indusind Bank allots 35750 Shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 35,750 (Thirty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on February 25, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Bank in all respect.

The stock was trading at Rs.159.65, up by Rs.7.20 or 4.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.160.70 and low of Rs.152.65.

The total traded quantity was 237030 compared to 2 week average of 194332.
