RAS Pro Lamipack to allot 2165000 Equity Shares post Derating of Capital

Ras Propack Lamipack Ltd has announced that pursuant to Derating of Share Capital, in terms of the Sanctioned Scheme approved by BIFR, the Committee of Directors in their meeting held on February 26, 2010 have approved the allotment of 21,65,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the existing shareholders as per Record Date February 09, 2010 fixed for this purpose.
