Dujodwala Products allots warrants

Dujodwala Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2010, has allotted warrants convertible into equity shares to Pannkaj Dujodwala - 607143, Dujodwala Export P. Ltd. - 850000 and Ramgopal Dujodwala - 485714.

The issue has been approved by the members of the Company vide their Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on December 28, 2009 and in principle approval from stock exchange.

The stock closed the day at Rs.5.03, down by Rs.0.26 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.15 and low of Rs.5.03.

The total traded quantity was 2780 compared to 2 week average of 12439.
