Jaihind Projects to consider allotment of 25 lakh warrants on Feb 26, 2010

Jaihind Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 26, 2010, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lacs) Warrants Convertible into 1 (one) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 50/- each to Promoters and Non-Promoter group on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.156.40, down by Rs.2 or 1.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.158.40 and low of Rs.154.30.
