Kreon Finnancial approves preferential issue

Kreon Finnancial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 19, 2010, has approved the issue of preferential warrants to Promoter & Non Promoter as per the SEBI (ICDR Regulation 2009).

The Board further has approved to conduct EOGM for seeking approval from Members in this regard.

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.45, down by Rs.0.10 or 1.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.97 and low of Rs.8.30.

The total traded quantity was 6449 compared to 2 week average of 1257.
