Avance Technologies issues shares on conversion of warrants

Avance Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2010, has issued Equity Shares in lieu of Convertible Equity Warrants issued on preferential basis to the Allottees from whom the full consideration for the same has been received by the Company.

The Board also appointed Mr. Bijal Kamdar as an Additional Director of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.5.16, down by Rs.0.17 or 3.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.59 and low of Rs.5.12.

The total traded quantity was 878653 compared to 2 week average of 727177.
