Coromandel International allots 30150 Equity Shares

Coromandel International Ltd has announced that the Share Transfer & Investors' Grievance Committee on February 18, 2010 allotted 30150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid to the employees pursuant to ESOP 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands revised to 140245672 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid amounting to Rs. 280491344/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.279.65, up by Rs.13.35 or 5.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.284.90 and low of Rs.275.

The total traded quantity was 189381 compared to 2 week average of 17017.
