              HDFC Mutual Fund has declared 40% dividend in HDFC Core & Satellite Fund - Dividend Option.
The record date has been fixed as Thursday - February 18, 2010. The amount of dividend is 40% or Rs 4 per unit. The face value of the units are Rs 10.
The NAV of HDFC Core & Satellite Fund, an open-ended growth scheme was Rs 23.033 (per unit) as on February 11, 2010.
Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the above dividend option would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy, if any. Income distribution / dividend will be paid to those unit holders whose names appear in the register of unit holders under the dividend option of the scheme on the record date.
The dividend will be subject to the availability of distributable surplus and may be lower to the extent of distributable surplus available on the record date.
