Ind-Swift to consider allotment of 40 lakh warrants

Ind-Swift Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 22, 2010, inter alia, to consider allotment of 40,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants on preferential basis, as approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.29.30, up by Rs.1.10 or 3.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.45 and low of Rs.27.90.

The total traded quantity was 56527 compared to 2 week average of 38985.
