ACIL Cotton to consider preferential issue on Feb 17, 2010

ACIL Cotton Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 17, 2010, inter alia, to consider preferential allotment of equity shares to promoters & others subject to approval of shareholders of Company.

The Board will consider increase in authorized capital subject to approval of shareholders of Company.
