GTL allots Rated Redeemable Unsecured Rupee Non-Convertible Debentures

GTL Ltd has now announced with reference to the Debenture Allotment Committee in its meeting held on February 03, 2010 allotted 7,000 Rated Redeemable Unsecured Rupee Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10 Lacs each aggregating Rs. 700 Crore in Issuance I, that the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 15, 2010, allotted 7,000 Rated Redeemable Unsecured Rupee Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10 Lacs each aggregating Rs. 700 Crore in Issuance II.

With the allotment of above Debentures in Issuances I & II as stated above, the Company has completed Private placement of Rated Redeemable Unsecured Rupee Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 1400 Crore as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 29, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.406.85, down by Rs.1.85 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.410.45 and low of Rs.406.

The total traded quantity was 23729 compared to 2 week average of 42279.
