HCL Infosystems allots 1900 Equity Shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on February 15, 2010 has allotted 1900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (1600 nos of equity shares at a premium of Rs. 118.79 & 300 nos of equity shares at a premium of Rs. 127.75 per shares) to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000 and Employee Stock Based Compensation Plan 2005.

The stock was trading at Rs.139.50, up by Rs.0.55 or 0.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.142.45 and low of Rs.139.15.

The total traded quantity was 17988 compared to 2 week average of 43647.
