S.A.L. Steel approves preferential issue

S.A.L. Steel Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2010, inter alia, has approved the issue of Equity Shares on Preferential basis.

The Board also approved increase Authorised Share Capital.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.62, down by Rs.0.15 or 1.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.20 and low of Rs.11.51.

The total traded quantity was 17367 compared to 2 week average of 31071.
