Hathway Cable & Datacom IPO subscribed 1.36 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Hathway Cable & Datacom Limited has received subscription of 1.36 times. The IPO opened for subscription on February 9, 2010 and closed on February 11, 2010.

The company came out with an IPO of 227,55,000 equity shares [excluding Anchor investor portion of 4,995,000 equity shares] of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.240 to Rs.265 through 100% book building process.

The IPO received bids for 30902975 equity shares against the offer of 22755000 equity shares. The issue received bids for 2050050 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received subscription of 1.4341 times with bids for 16714925 equity shares against the offer of 11655000 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 11895750 equity shares against the offer of 2775000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 4.2868 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 0.2754 times with bids for 2292300 equity shares against the offer of 8325000 equity shares.
