Bhoruka Aluminium to consider raising funds on Feb 16, 2010

Bhoruka Aluminium Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 16, 2010, inter alia, to raise funds by way of issue of appropriate securities for the various business plans of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.40, up by Rs.0.40 or 1.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.50 and low of Rs.26.65.

The total traded quantity was 1003 compared to 2 week average of 602.
