Hathway Cable & Datacom IPO sails through, receives 1.29 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering of Hathway Cable & Datacom Limited has sailed through with bids for more than 1.29 times. The IPO received subscription of 1.29 times as of 3:00 PM on February 11, 2010.

The IPO has received more bids at the lower end of price band, which is Rs 240. The issue has received total bids for 29298825 equity shares against the offer of 22755000 equity shares.

The issue has received bids for 1062750 equity shares at cut-off price.

The company has come out with Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 227,55,000 equity shares [excluding Anchor investor portion of 4,995,000 equity shares] of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.240 to Rs.265 through 100% book building process.
