Prism Informatics approves CCD issue

Prism Informatics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2010, inter alia, had considered the proposal for issue of Compulsory Convertible Debenture on preferential allotment basic to a specific class of individuals, yet to be identified.

However, the Board decided to finalise the terms and conditions for issue of Compulsory Convertible Debenture and the list of allottes at the next Board Meeting.
