Spicejet allots 169800 equity shares

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company has made allotment of 169,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each consequent upon exercise of options granted to employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 on February 10, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.54.50, down by Rs.1.35 or 2.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.57.40 and low of Rs.54.05.

The total traded quantity was 2193671 compared to 2 week average of 7457553.
