              The Trustees of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited have declared 37.50% dividend under the scheme HDFC Long Term Advantage Fund (an open-ended ELSS scheme with a lock-in period of 3 years).
The amount of dividend per unit is Rs 3.75 (37.50%) per unit whose face value is Rs 10. The dividend will be subject to the availability of distributable surplus and may be lower to the extent of distributable surplus available on the Record Date.
The record date is fixed as Thursday - February 11, 2010. The NAV of HDFC Long Term Advantage Fund - Dividend Option as on February 4, 2010 was Rs 36.545 (per unit).
Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the above Dividend Option would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy, if any.
Dividend will be paid to the unit holders whose names appear in the register of unit holders under the dividend option of the scheme on the record date.
