PVP Ventures to raise upto Rs 500 crores

PVP Ventures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2010, inter alia, has decided on further issue of securities by way of QIP or private/preferential placement of the equity shares or any other security convertible/exchangeable into equity shares (including warrants and Global Depository Receipts) for an amount upto Rs. 500 Crores.

The stock closed the day at Rs.24, up by Rs.2.15 or 9.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24 and low of Rs.21.70.

The total traded quantity was 1874303 compared to 2 week average of 590873.
