Vakrangee Softwares to consider preferential issue to Promoters

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2010, inter alia, to consider issue of Equity Shares or any other Financial Instrument with or without detachable / non-detachable warrants on preferential basis only to 'Promoters & Promoters Group' of the Company.

The Board will consider and approve the Notice and form of Postal Ballot for passing of resolution of issuance of Equity Shares or any other Financial Instrument with or without detachable / non-detachable warrants on preferential basis only to 'Promoters & Promoters Group' of the Company by way of postal ballot and to appoint scrutinizer for the same.

The stock closed the day at Rs.70.40, down by Rs.4.65 or 6.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.45 and low of Rs.70.05.
