K Sera Sera allots Bonds to Global Trade Finance Ltd

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2010 has allotted 2400 Optionally Convertible Redeemable Bonds of Face Value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each to Global Trade Finance Ltd. in full and final settlement of their dues.
