AI Champdany approves issue of preference shares

AI Champdany Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2010, has approved Issue of Non-convertible 2% Cumulative Preference Shares face value of Rs. 5/- each in the ratio of 1:1 to the Equity Shareholders of the Company.
