Bank of India raises Rs 1000 crores

Bank of India has announced that the Bank has raised Tier- II Capital through issue of BOI - Upper Tier II Bonds - Series - V of Rs. 1000 Crores on January 20, 2010. The coupon rate is 8.54% p.a. with a Call Option after 10 years.

The stock closed the day at Rs.364.65, down by Rs.6 or 1.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.369.90 and low of Rs.347.55.

The total traded quantity was 426169 compared to 2 week average of 132848.
