HCL Infosystems allots 14255 Shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on January 27, 2010 has allotted 14255 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 105.63 per shares, to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000.

The stock was trading at Rs.136, down by Rs.1.50 or 1.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.141.75 and low of Rs.135.

The total traded quantity was 38712 compared to 2 week average of 99162.
