Punj Lloyd grants 30000 Stock Options to Employees

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that pursuant to the provisions of Pun Lloyd Employees Stock Options Plan 2006, the Remuneration Committee has granted 30000 stock options to an employee of the Company.

The option grantee shall have the right to subscribe for one fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company at the price of Rs. 198.90 (Rupees One Hundred and Ninety Eight and Paise Ninety only). The maximum exercise period shall not be more than 5 years from the date of vesting of the options.

The stock was trading at Rs.178.30, down by Rs.2.25 or 1.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185 and low of Rs.176.

The total traded quantity was 830263 compared to 2 week average of 1774993.
