Interworld Digital allots 29638600 warrants

Interworld Digital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2010, inter alia, have allotted 2,96,38,600 Convertible Warrants to the persons belonging to Promoter group of the Company on Preferential basis.
