Shri Ganesh Spinners Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2010, inter alia, allotted Convertible Equity warrants to all the allottees on Preferential basis which were approved in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on December 29, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.9.88, down by Rs.0.51 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.88 and low of Rs.9.88.
