ACC allots 4664 Shares

ACC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated January 21, 2010 by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of Board.

4,664 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,40,292 shares to 18,77,44,956 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.

The Stock was trading at Rs.912.05, down by Rs.6.45 or 0.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.931 and low of Rs.902.30.
