NDTV allots 1189635 Shares

New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board at its meeting held on January 22, 2010, has made an allotment of 11,89,635 (Eleven Lacs Eighty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Five) equity shares to the eligible employees of the Company pursuant to Employee Stock Purchase Scheme 2009 of the Company.
