Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 15808 shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on January 22, 2010 has allotted 15,808 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 4,080 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) : 770 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) : 10,958 equity shares.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.809.60, down by Rs.31.65 or 3.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.873.95 and low of Rs.804.60.

The total traded quantity was 556947 compared to 2 week average of 171819.
