Oracle Financial Services Software allots 33202 shares on exercise of stock options

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on January 20, 2010, allotted 33,202 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs. 419,229,035 divided into 83,845,807 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2419.45, down by Rs.7.75 or 0.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2468 and low of Rs.2403.05.

The total traded quantity was 30651 compared to 2 week average of 39540.
