AXIS Bank to consider allotment of shares on Jan 16, 2010

AXIS Bank Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Bank is convened on January 16, 2010, inter alia, to consider the allotment of equity shares under ESOP.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.1078.20, up by Rs.16.15 or 1.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1092.95 and low of Rs.1065.
