Mastek allots 17013 shares under ESOP

Mastek Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on January 15, 2009, have been allotted 17,013 equity shares under ESOP and the paid-up share capital has subsequently increased to Rs. 13,46,89,260 with 2,69,37,852 equity shares.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.406.70, up by Rs.0.50 or 0.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.412.90 and low of Rs.397.

The total traded quantity was 20805 compared to 2 week average of 66185.
