FACT allots Equity Shares to Government of India on conversion of loan

Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd (FACT) has announced that the Company has allotted 29.23 Crore Equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Government of India as conversion of loan into equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.42.95, up by Rs.0.80 or 1.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.44.50 and low of Rs.41.60.

The total traded quantity was 86143 compared to 2 week average of 63238.
