Bilcare closes GDR Issue

Bilcare Ltd has announced that pursuant to the GDR issue, which opened on January 06, 2010 and closed for subscription on January 12, 2010, the Company has allotted 2,986,341 underlying equity shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each to 'Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas' as the Depositary to enable the Depositary to issue corresponding number of GDRs.

The stock was trading at Rs.512.35, down by Rs.10.50 or 2.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.522 and low of Rs.511.

The total traded quantity was 12210 compared to 2 week average of 57743.
