Murli Industries repurchases FCCB worth $9 Million

Murli Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) worth USD 9.00 Million (nominal value) out of outstanding balance of USD 14.50 Million at a discount, listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd., in accordance with the A.P, (DIR Series) Circular dated December 08, 2008 issued by the Reserve Bank of India. The Bonds are cancelled by the Registrar Deutsche Bank, London.

The stock closed the day at Rs.283.30, up by Rs.18.85 or 7.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.288 and low of Rs.266.

The total traded quantity was 42684 compared to 2 week average of 15708.
